This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions on Integrity Classes, operated by Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited.
We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Premium subscriptions (₹149/month). If you are not satisfied with the content, you may request a full refund within 7 days (168 hours) of your initial purchase transaction. To qualify for a refund:
Refund requests made after the 7-day period will be strictly denied, but you will retain access to your Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Due to the customized nature and bulk licensing of Institutional plans (starting at ₹4,999/year), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
If approved, a prorated amount may be deducted for administrative setup costs.
The Free plan has no cost and therefore no refund applies.

Once a refund request is received, our team will review it within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. All refunds will be credited strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or bank accounts.
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period after the 7-day refund window.
